Vinification
Harvest: first half of November
The grapes are subjected to long maceration in contact with the skins.
The refinement takes place in barrique for 36 months, followed by at least 12 months of bottle ageing.
Acohol content: 14,5% vol.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: intense garnet red
Bouquet: intense and ripe aromas, with notes of black cherry, black truffle and spicy scents of pepper and clove
Taste: soft and velvety, great structure and persistence
